There's nothing remotely flash about a stripped-bare railway arch set with refectory tables, however this chilled US-style taproom and bottle shop also boasts a line-up of two dozen spouts dispensing amber gems. Those with hoppy palates will salivate at the prospect of sampling Estonian Põhjala Rukkirääk rye ale, Flying Dog's The Gourd Standard, North Coast's Le Merle and assorted London craft beers, while a battery of fridges contains yet more interesting thirst-slakers such as Fourpure Pilsner, Gypsy Inc.'s Tipsy Gypsy and Shnoodlepip from the Wild Beer Co. Basic cocktails, wine s and malt whiskies provide back-up, while essentials such as olives, pork pies and deli boards are available to nibble. The bar's name references Danny La Rue's iconic music hall song – although Mother Kelly, late of Paradise Row, would be amazed to have such a selection of ales on her doorstep.
