The first out-of-Denmark site for this pizza group combines a rustic Italian menu with Scandinavian simplicity. Located in a a railway arch in the Circus West segment of the Battersea Power Station redevelopment, the restaurant features an open front for alfresco dining. Here, sourdough pizzas are made with seawater and baked in a wood-fired oven, which also turns out daily homemade bread. Mother has clearly caught on to London’s dining trends, as it also offers weekend brunch, including pasta salads, cold meats, cheeses and wood-fired pizzas alongside breakfast classics including eggs, home-made pastries and granola.
