If there’s one thing the French excel at, it’s baking. Flying the flag for all things buttery is French brasserie Aubaine. With nine restaurants in prominent London locations and recently having opened a restaurant in Dubai (ooh la la), Aubaine has now launched its first deli in the heart of Covent Garden. Open all day, the deli offers a seasonally changing menu, featuring a range of freshly made products such as sandwiches made from Aubaine's own breads, authentic French breakfast dishes, salads and sharing boards. Food is accompanied by a selection of teas, coffees and juices, while there’s both indoor and outdoor seating – there’s even a takeaway service for Covent Garden’s busy types.
