Indian cuisine is renowned worldwide for its exquisite use of aromatic herbs and spices. It's a cuisine as diverse as the country itself, with each region offering its own unique flavours and cooking styles. At Aroma, the chefs invite you to embark on a culinary journey that will tantalise your taste buds and transport you to the heart of India's culinary traditions. Aroma has a menu that showcases the rich tapestry of Indian culinary heritage, featuring classical dishes from various parts of this vast nation. Be sure to enjoy fresh, premium-quality, and wholesome food that is paradise for authentic Indian food lovers.

Indulge in the velvety delights of Aroma’s Butter Chicken Masala, a dish that harmoniously blends tender chicken with a luscious tomato and butter sauce. For those seeking a fiery adventure, why not try the Kozhi Chettinadu – a symphony of 18 carefully selected spices that dance on your palate. Travel south to savour the Malabar Lamb Curry, a traditional gem from the southern regions, or bask in the coastal flavours of a Goan Prawn Curry. And, don't miss the vibrant and aromatic Chennai Fish Curry that captures the essence of coastal Indian cuisine.

But before you get into the mains, why not start your evening at Aroma with some lamb sheek kebab, made with double-minced meat, fresh herbs and spices, or perhaps you'd prefer the paneer veg rolls or crispy onion bhajis. Afterwards, be sure to finish off with a classic Indian dessert. Choose from the mango and pistachio kulfi, the homemade Indian version of ice cream, or a gulab jamun, some classic milk dumplings served with vanilla ice cream.

Honestly wonderful

We eat at Aroma quite regularly, either takeaway or eat in. The food is without doubt the best Indian food in Gloucester.I'd advise booking first as they get very busy sometimes, very worth the effort though, try the lamb jalfrezi it's yum but so is everything else.
