The intimate eight-seater Charles Packe private dining room features a bespoke fine dining menu individually crafted by the restaurant’s Michelin-trained chefs and tailored to their guests’ tastes. Expert wine pairing is on offer and the room includes a specialist enomatic machine with a selection of fine and vintage wines. The room is named after English explorer, Packe, who travelled extensively in the Pyrenees and is a nod to Wellbourne’s sister venue, Wellbourne Salardu, a seasonal fine dining and après ski restaurant in Spain.
