The team at Dory Bistro are always whipping up something special using ingredients and produce from their own kitchen garden, picks from local suppliers, and the daily catch. The daily specials board sees around two to four starters and main options added each day, so who knows what you'll walk in to find.
The Dory Bistro menu kicks off with Cumbrae oysters with cucumber and oyster jelly, along with nocellara olives with Wild Heart artisan bread, extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. As for the starters, enjoy duck ham with watercress, pomegranate, toasted pine nuts and croutons, or traditional cullen skink with a crispy smoked haddock ball and salmon keta.
The mains at Dory Bistro include a pan-fried fish of the day with a seaweed and coconut sauce, pak choi, soba noodles and a bhaji, along with a goat's cheese, squash and sage pithivier with parsnip puree, honey roast carrots and jus. Polish off a fantastic meal with the poached forced rhubarb in ginger with creme anglaise, crumble and rhubarb crisps, or a selection of Dory's own sorbets and ice creams.
