Somerset House opens its largest indoor space for events

Somerset House has confirmed that its rarely available Embankment Galleries will be free to host events from September 2017 until February 2018.

The 1,000sq m split-level space runs the entire length of the venue’s South Wing and has capacity for 800 reception guests across two floors.

With London Fashion Week held next door (at 180 Strand) on 15-19 September, it’s worth knowing there’s room for an 18m catwalk.
