Check out The Gherkin's new event spaces
Did you know that Alto, Cirrus, Stratus, Cumulus and Nimbus are names of clouds? We didn’t either, but now we also know that they are the names of the new private dining, meeting and events spaces at The Gherkin.

The Gherkin London

Sat on level 38 of the Norman Foster-designed building, their cloud-inspired names seem only fitting. The interconnecting rooms have been designed by London-based studio Softroom (which has worked on both the V&A Museum and The British Museum) and all come with multiple screens, lapel mics and docking stations. That means you’re all sorted whether you’re hosting a small conference for 18 delegates or a party for 100 guests..

The Gherkin London

When not gawping at the venue’s city views, private diners will most likely be paying attention to their plates. Resident caterer Searcy’s will be producing plant-based dishes alongside British classics. Three-course, five-course and Superior Menu dinners are all available with the likes of hand-dived scallops, crispy gnocchi with basil pesto, and vegetarian Wellington on the cards.
