London Cocktail Week drinks event

We all know that cocktails in the city don’t come cheap. That’s why we’re thanking our lucky cocktail umbrella collection that London Cocktail Week is a thing. On now until Sunday 8 October, you can enjoy discounted cocktails at a variety of London bars for the price of one £10 digital pass. Read on for our pick of five places doling out the discounts, as well as how to get your pass.

The Wigmore at The Langham, Regent Street

Cocktail: This Blended Union sip recently won Drink Up London’s ‘Best Cocktail’ award, making this officially the best cocktail at LCW.

Mix: Wigmore Saison beer with Amaro, fresh Union coffee, mango and honey.

Nobu, Shoreditch

Cocktail: Nobu isn’t exactly known for bargains, so a chance to sip one of its cocktails at a lower price is very welcome. With the Koko Chap, it’s even throwing in a Korobuta sausage roll with black sesame seed for good measure.

Mix: Crème de cacao, Nobu coffee, Japanese aged whisky, brandy, amaretto and herbal liqueur.

The Jones Family Project, Shoreditch

Cocktail: This all-day Shoreditch haunt is going green with its offering of a Peashoots Pisco Mojito. Vegetable-infused cocktails count as a superfood right?

Mix: Pisco Portón, peashoots, runny honey, brown sugar and lime juice.

Super Lyan, Islington

Cocktail: For the duration of LCW the team at Super Lyan have a new toy to play with – a slushie machine. They'll be serving up zingy cocktails like this Bramble slushie all week long.

Mix: Bacardi Carta Oro, purple sizzurp, lemon, thyme.

Mber, City

Cocktail: Mber on Pudding Lane (which is themed around the great fire of London, which started on that very street) is offering up flavour, rather than flames this week with its Cloud Nine cocktail.

Mix: Sipsmith London dry gin, yuzu liqueur, orange bitters and lemon juice, topped with a white chocolate foam.
