Turkish restaurant Yosma is teaming up with Brighton-based whole-beast experts Flank for a one-night-only supper club. Flank’s founder Tom Griffiths has joined forces with Hus Vedat of Yosma to create an eight-course tasting menu, which includes the likes of meze plates of torched mackerel with hispi cabbage and spices, combined with larger plates such as Turkish dumplings stuffed with lamb neck, and a whole lamb cooked over an open fire. The dinner will kick off with Raki cocktails and snacks, and is a chance for Londoners to sample Flank before it opens a permanent site in the capital this October.
This supper club takes place at Yosma London on 14 September, from 7.30-9.30pm. Tickets are priced at £30 per person, to book click here.
