Foodies and wine lovers should make a note of this event at Jaan restaurant in their diaries, where modern French cooking enhanced by South East Asian influences will be accompanied with specially
selected wines from Louis Latour. Guests will be treated to a five-course dinner together with different wines chosen to complement each dish. Expect to tuck into the likes of braised monkfish with
sweet bread and Hoi Sin sauce, and rack of lamb served with slow cooked veal cheek and raisin sauce, washed down with a Santenay Blanc 2000 and Chateau Corton Grancey 1997. Guest speaker Rachel
Longstaff from Louis Latour will talk about the wines before the dinner. She will also be available throughout the evening to share her knowledge.
