Gallic Spitalfields restaurant Le Bouchon Breton is running a series of food and wine pairing masterclasses
throughout this year. Run by the restaurant’s sommelier Donald Edwards, each masterclass will feature six courses – focused around one themed set of ingredients – paired with six different wines.

The classes are held on the second to last Tuesday of every month, starting from 7pm in a private corner of the restaurant. All the events are priced at £80 per person. To book, call 0800 019 1704.
