In time for Valentine’s Day, top UK sommelier Thierry Tomasin, who has curated wine offerings at Le Gavroche, Aubergine and Angelus, is giving men a crash course in navigating wine lists in order
to impress their dates.
The former chairman of the Association of Sommeliers, and award-winning restaurateur, is holding his lesson at a private dinner in Angelus. During the three-course meal he will share his expertise
in order to give men the confidence to choose the right grape at the right price.
The menu has been developed by Angelus’ head chef Martin Nisbet. Wines will be matched to each course.
The dinner will be held on Tuesday 7 February. Tickets cost £75, including all food and wine pairings. To book, call 020 7402 0083 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
