This April, Wright Brothers will welcome family-run Domaine Roux Père & Fils to host a dinner showcasing their wines. Head chef Gareth Clelland has created a menu to complement the wines (sourced from Burgundy), with dishes such as roasted breast of English wood pigeon, with red wine barley risotto and watercress, and chargrilled halibut with crispy lardo Jersey Royals, asparagus and miso broth.
