Wright Brothers is hosting a dinner with Trimbach wine at its Spitalfields site. Head chef Richard Kirkwood has created a one-off menu that is designed to complement the wines on offer. On the night, guests will enjoy oysters to start, before moving on to the likes of smoked cod on sourdough toast, and pan-fried scallops with smoked pancetta and sausage.
This wine dinner takes place at Wright Brothers Spitalfields on 16 May from 6.30pm. Tickets cost £60 per person. To book, click here.
