Tom and Ed Martin are launching a series of monthly wine dinners at their British pubs, The White
Swan Pub and Dining Room, The Prince Arthur and The Empress of India .
Hosted by the group’s sommelier, Paulo Brammer, guests will enjoy a five-course meal, individually paired with some top wines. An ideal evening for amateurs and aficionados who want to increase
their understanding of wine, Brammer will share his knowledge on how to ‘swirl and nose’ like an expert and discuss how food affects the flavour of wine.
The White Swan Pub and Dining Room
Taking place on the last Friday of every month at 7.30pm, with the next events on the 26 March, 23 April and the 21 May, wine enthusiasts can look forward to a fun and interactive evening. Dishes
on the menu might include poached plaice with Jerusalem artichokes and black truffle, matched with a floral and feminine Marsanna from the Rhône valley, and braised rib of beef with bone marrow and

The Prince Arthur
Taking place once a month from 7.30pm, with the next dates confirmed on the 24 March, 28 April and 26 May, guests will be treated to a five-course menu, with dishes such as organic Irish salmon en
croute with carrots and Matelote jus, and rabbit leg, saddle, liver, kidney and leek terrine with shallot purée, each matched with new and old world wines. Tasting notes will be provided as guests

The Empress of India
Taking place on the 14 April, 5 May and 2 June, dishes on a five-course menu might include caramelised Ayreshire bacon, roast langoustine and cauliflower purée and a shellfish jus, and best end of
Herdwick lamb with thyme fondant potato, tomato fondue, spinach, onion purée with a mint jus, all matched with different vintages. Sommelier Paulo Brammer will be on hand to discuss the wines and
