The Rib Room at five-star Knightsbridge hotel the Jumeirah Carlton Tower is set to host two
more wine dinners in 2010, one each in the summer and autumn.
Held in the Rib Room’s private dining room, the evenings feature five-course menus created by the hotel’s executive chef Simon Young and come accompanied by some top wines from Maison Louis Latour,
Champagne Taittinger and Louis Roederer. Dinners are hosted by a representative of one of the houses, who will talk guests through each wine, with accompanying tasting notes available to take home.
