Cleo Rocos is on a mission to teach people how to drink well – and by well, she means merrily and without a hangover.
In her new book, The Power of Positive Drinking, to be published on Thursday 11 April, the fun-loving TV star – who was named ‘Tequila Queen of the UK’ by the Mexican Tequila chamber in 2009
– divulges the secrets of her drinking success – from avoiding hangovers, to the cocktail recipes that make for a real happy hour. It’s drinking, but not as we know it.
This May, to celebrate the launch of The Power of Positive Drinking, Cleo will host a fun evening spent tasting Tequila and chocolate with chocolatier Paul A Young, at his Soho boutique –
and five Square Meal readers can win a pair of tickets to join them.
This intimate event will see 10 guests sample a selection of Tequilas – including Cleo’s own AquaRiva – paired with Young’s confectionery creations, from Parmesan-flavoured chocolates made from
single-origin Madagascan beans, to a specially made margarita truffle, infused with AquaRiva.
The tasting will take place on Tuesday 28 May from 7-9pm. To be in with a chance of winning a pair of tickets, simply ‘Like’ Square Meal on Facebook
and tell us why you should be invited before Thursday 16 May. The winners will be announced on Twitter and Facebook on Friday 17 May. Good luck!
