Premier Italian restaurant Alloro will be offering its clientele a menu based entirely on white truffles this winter. Executive chef Daniele
Camera has created a three-course menu focused around the legendary mushroom.
The three-course menu will consist of the following:
Veal carpaccio with parmesan shavings and white truffle
Scrambled eggs with white truffle and croutons
Taglierini with with truffle
Traditional pasta parcels filled with braised oxtail served with cheese fondue and white truffle (£20 supplement)
Roasted guinea fowl with sweet button onion, chestnut purée and white truffle
Moscato zabaglione with cantuccini biscuit and white truffle
