On Wednesday 31 October, Master of Wine Tim Atkin and Cinnamon Club executive chef Vivek Singh are inviting wine lovers to a food-and-wine pairing dinner.
For the event, Singh and Atkin have devised a five-course menu matched with wines that will stand up to the heat and spice of Indian food. Guests will be welcomed with a cocktail-and-canapé
reception, before sitting down to the five-course dinner. During the meal, each expert will talk guests through the food and wine choices and answer questions from diners.
The food-and-wine event will take place in Cinnamon Kitchen’s Anise bar, in the City. Tickets cost £70, including cocktails, canapés, all food and wines, but excluding service. To book a ticket,
