Vivek Singh and Tim Atkin MW match food and wine at Anise

On Wednesday 31 October, Master of Wine Tim Atkin and Cinnamon Club executive chef Vivek Singh are inviting wine lovers to a food-and-wine pairing dinner.

For the event, Singh and Atkin have devised a five-course menu matched with wines that will stand up to the heat and spice of Indian food. Guests will be welcomed with a cocktail-and-canapé reception, before sitting down to the five-course dinner. During the meal, each expert will talk guests through the food and wine choices and answer questions from diners.
