Sartoria, in Savile Row, London, is celebrating the traditional Italian festival of ‘Carnevale’ in authentic style with a Venetian inspired
menu and cocktails, available for the whole month of February 2008.
Specially created cocktails - or ‘Carnival Aperitivi’ - will be available: choose from the Rialto Martini (gin, Campari and peach purée) or try a La Fenice (mixed berries, Crème de Mure, cranberry
juice, Prosecco and raspberry vanilla vodka) named after the prestigious theatre in Venice.
Head chef Alan Marchetti has taken inspiration from the food and traditions of the Veneto region and created a menu available for both lunch and dinner and priced at £19.50 for two courses or
£24.50 for three courses.
