The event starts with a canapé reception and a behind-the-scenes tour of the restaurant's kitchen, before moving onto a vegetarian cookery demonstration led by chef Rakesh Nair, during which guests will learn how to use traditional and modern Indian cooking methods to make a range of vegetarian dishes. The cookery class is followed by a wine-tasting session, led by the restaurant's in-house sommelier. The day culminates in a delicious three-course meal in the restaurant, paired with matching wines. Guests will also each take home a goodie bag containing a signed cookery book, a selection of herbs and spices and detailed recipes from the day.
The vegetarian masterclass takes place on Saturday 16 May at The Cinnamon Club, starting at 3pm and ending around 9pm. Tickets cost £120. To book a ticket, call 020 7626 5000.
