Two-night gourmet weekend at Knockinaam Lodge

On 23-24 November, food lovers are invited to spend a gourmet weekend at Knockinaam Lodge, a luxury boutique hotel in south-west Scotland.

Each afternoon, guests will take part in a 90-minute cooking demonstration led by the hotel’s Michelin-starred executive chef Tony Pierce, and can also enjoy a tutored wine tasting with wines from Hyde de Villaine, a winery in Napa, California.
