On 23-24 November, food lovers are invited to spend a gourmet weekend at Knockinaam Lodge, a luxury boutique hotel in south-west Scotland.
Each afternoon, guests will take part in a 90-minute cooking demonstration led by the hotel’s Michelin-starred executive chef Tony Pierce, and can also enjoy a tutored wine tasting with wines from
Hyde de Villaine, a winery in Napa, California.
Tickets cost £750 for two guests or £540 for one guest. The tickets cover accommodation for two nights with breakfast, plus a drinks reception and wine with both evening meals, and the tutored
