Think you’re a beer connoisseur and think you know the science behind beer? Well whether you do or don’t, come test your knowledge. Learn a little with award-winning beer writer and journalist
Adrian-Terry Jones and beer by O’Hanlons Brewing Company. Chief brewer Alex Bell will bring in the RIGB's (Royal Institution of Great Britain) scientists to reveal how to brew ‘the perfect pint.’
After the ‘enlightening’ guests are welcome to sample a selection of beers, ales, and stouts including the Yellohammer, a mild gold beer with zesty pineapple and banana fruitiness, as well as the
Royal Oak, a copper crossover of premium ale and dry stout. The event begins at 7pm on 16 July. Tickets for guests 18 years and older are £8 standard, £6 concessions and £4 RI Members.
