The Ginger Pig teams up with Forza Win for CUTS

This summer, butcher to London’s finest The Ginger Pig is teaming up with Italian supper club Forza Win for a 30-date collaboration celebrating wood-fired meat.

Each night of the event, guests will be treated to a gutsy three-course meat feast – all cooked on a specially built wood-fired grill – plus an English take on a luscious Italian dessert. The whole meal will be accompanied by Italian-style cocktails, wine and beer.

The pop-up will take place in The Pickle Factory, a former warehouse in Hackney, and guests will sit around a communal table.

CUTS will run from Thursdays to Sundays, from 25 July to 22 September. Tickets cost £40, including an aperitivo, four courses and coffee. To book your place, email
