Feel like James Bond as Benares joins supercar club Ecurie25 so you can wine and dine in style with fast cars and an exotic menu. Two celebrity chefs that make regular appearances on the television show Saturday Kitchen head up
the dinner. Atul Kochhar, the head chef of Benares, along with Patrick William fuses Indian and
Caribbean cuisine. The event starts at 6:30pm with a champagne reception and guests are invited to view the luxury cars provided by Ecurie25on display in Berkeley Square. The dinner itself consists of a four-course meal, featuring basil marinated chicken fillets with salsa, pan fried red snapper with
crushed plaintain and ackee, braised lamb rump with chickpeas and coconut panacotta with carpaccio of peppered pineapple supplemented by a full wine list and followed by tea or coffee with petit
fours. The event also has a vegetarian set menu featuring potato cakes, yam dauphinoise and asparagus fricassee, sage infused vegetable dumplings in cashew sauce, and the same dessert and drinks.
