As part of English Wine Week (27 May to 4 June) The Don restaurant is hosting an English wine dinner. Guests will enjoy a five-course meal on the night, as well as coffee and petit fours, alongside wines from Kent’s Hush Heath Estate. The owner of the estate Richard Balfour-Lynn will talk guests through five of his wines while the food is designed to complement the sips and includes the likes of grated hen egg, served with watercress, puffed rice and asparagus, and breast of guinea-fowl in a thyme sauce.
