This summer, Cloudy Bay wine is teaming up with top chef Tom Aikens, for the return of the Cloudy Bay Shack – a pop-up kitchen that will visit Parsons Green on 24 and 25 July between 11am and 8pm.
The Cloudy Bay Shack will offer visitors the opportunity to enjoy a glass of one of the Cloudy Bay wines matched to a summer menu created by Tom Aikens, who will be cooking on-site.
The seasonal menu will include Dorset crab with chilli and ginger, paired with Cloudy Bay Chardonnay and seven-hour slow-cooked lamb, paired with Cloudy Bay Pinot Noir. Each of the five dishes,
matched to a 125ml glass of Cloudy Bay wine will be available for £8.50. Tom Aikens will also offer the summer menu with Cloudy Bay pairings at his Chelsea restaurant Tom’s Kitchen for the month of August.
Visitors to the Cloudy Bay Shack will also have the opportunity to enjoy their dishes and Cloudy Bay wine in a designated cloud-watching area, where they can sit and relax, whilst listening to a
jazz trio playing the sounds of the 1930s.
