The Capital celebrates its 40th birthday

Jérôme Ponchelle, head chef at The Capital, has created a special anniversary menu for the 40th birthday celebrations of the restaurant. The tasting menu will showcase the signature dishes of the kitchen’s four-decade history, including brandade of sole (created by former head chef Brian Turner) and artichaut à la Nissarda (artichoke served with mushroom duxelle and hollandaise sauce), by another ex-head chef, David Levin.
