Taste of Christmas 2011

Tickets for Taste of Christmas at ExceL London are now on sale. The three-day event, which takes place from 2-4 December, will see top chefs including Jamie Oliver and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall team up to share their top 10 tips for the ultimate gourmet Christmas, as well as pop-up versions of the capital’s fine-dining restaurants and festive food samples.

New this year: Jamie Oliver’s Big Feastival Pop-Up Restaurant

This year, Taste of Christmas has partnered with the Jamie Oliver Foundation to launch The Big Feastival Pop-Up Restaurant. Diners will enjoy a welcome glass of mulled wine before sitting down to a starter that consists of seven tasting plates, followed by a slap-up roast lamb main course. Wines to match each course are included in the ticket price, and every diner will take home a Jamie Oliver recipe book. Plus, the Jamie Oliver Dining Experience ticket will ensure fast-track entry into the Taste of Christmas itself.

There will be three lunch sittings per day (11.30am, 1.30pm, and 3.30pm), with 200 seats available at each sitting. On 2 December, Jamie Oliver will make a personal appearance at the 11.30am sitting.

Tickets to the Jamie Oliver Dining Experience cost £75, with £2 from every ticket going to The Jamie Oliver Foundation.
