If you have never had lemon balm with your brulee or lavender in your pannacota then now is the time to start. At the Taste of Bath, from 28 June to 1 July 2007, these are just two of the designer
dishes being unveiled to tantalise the palate. Set in Royal Victoria Park under the iconic Royal Crescent, this will be a sensory adventure unlike any other. Sixteen top regional restaurants have
been selected to showcase their signature dishes, among them Michelin-starred Gidleigh Park, The Bath Priory & Lucknam Park. The South-West is emerging as a firm favourite with foodies with 16
Michelin-starred eateries, the largest concentration of any region in the country. Grazing through the restaurants, visitors can get a real taste of what they offer. The line up of the show’s
satellite restaurants includes Fifteen Cornwall & Babbington House, Bristol’s Bordeaux Quay & Budokan & Bath favourites like The Dower House, The Hole in the Wall & The Olive Tree.
