Take time out of your Christmas shopping this season to indulge in the Mark Hix’s new caviar menu at his Restaurant & Champagne Bar in Selfridges.
Mark Hix uses Mottra caviar, an EU-certified sustainable variety. Choose from dishes such as scrambled duck’s egg with Osetra caviar, baked Roseval potatoes with Sterlet caviar, or Osetra caviar on
hot buttered toast, all washed down with boutique Champagnes sourced from small producers.
The caviar dishes cost from £30 for 14g and are available indefinitely alongside the restaurant’s regular bar-snack menu.
