In a new initiative celebrating the change of season, Le Pont de La Tour's head chef James Walker will be introducing a special
Summer Garden Menu to showcase some of his favourite fruit & vegetables. Between 1 & 29 June, visitors will be able to sample a tantalising five-course menu featuring dishes such as
asparagus hollandaise, pea & mint sorbet, & baby vegetables stuffed with lamb. The month will be kicked off with a special event on 1 June hosted by the Royal Horticultural Society, where
guests will receive advice on growing, preparing & cooking vegetables to create truly delicious dishes.
