Mint Leaf Lounge is offering Indian food enthusiasts a summer cookery masterclass that will teach students how to approach seasonal summer produce, particularly seafood, with a view to
The half-day course aims to show keen cooks how to prepare dishes for barbecues, alfresco meals or summer parties. It starts at 7am with a visit to Billingsgate fish market and an explanation of
the different fish and seafood on offer. After a quick breakfast, students will be treated to a practical cooking demonstration at Mint Leaf Lounge, led by head chef Dhayalan Paul. They will then
be invited to eat the food they have cooked for lunch. Before leaving, each guest will be given a goodie bag containing a recipe booklet, a selection of key Indian spices, and a £50 voucher for use
at one of the Mint Leaf restaurants.
