Time to bring on the game – the venison, pheasant and woodcock that is. Boisdale, famed for its year-round
game offering, has launched a number of special seasonal menus. This year’s grouse lunch menu on 20 and 27 August is priced at £55 including wine, while for those in search of a heartier meal, book
in for 15 October for a game dinner and tutored tasting of Highland Park Malt Whisky. The evening starts with a Pol Roger Champagne reception followed by delicacies such as Scottish native oysters,
wild smoked salmon and fillet of venison with black truffle, all accompanied by single malt whisky.
