In the run-up to Christmas, London’s food adventurers should get ready for another top-secret gastronomic mission from clandestine dining club Gingerline.
These secret, sell-out events are perfect for team nights out or get-togethers with food-loving friends. Nothing can yet be revealed about the menu, concept or location for the Christmas dining
special, but guests can expect a welcome drink, five courses of fabulous food, unlimited water courtesy of sponsors Fiji Water, and lashings of
Adventurers who manage to book a place will not know where to meet until 6pm on the day of the event, when they will receive a text message directing them to a certain station on the East London
Line. Past diners have been led through decompression chambers into submarine mess halls, eaten in a surrealist puppet workshop and even been doused with vodka during a riotous Siberian circus, so
be prepared for anything – after all, Gingerline’s motto is ‘only the brave will dine’.
The next Gingerline adventure starts on Friday 23 November and runs until Saturday 22 December; tickets are expected to sell out quickly. To book tickets,
