The Park Terrace at The Royal Garden Hotel will be offering fish enthusiasts a daily seafood buffet selection in July. Every evening, over a dozen varieties of fish, such as salmon, halibut,
herring and more exotic specialities such as barramundi and yabbies from Australia and shark and marlin from Ecuador, will be laid out on ice for diners so they can pick their own. The selected
fish will then be grilles, poached or sautéed to the diners’ individual liking and served with potatoes and vegetables of the day.
