Seafood and Billecart-Salmon Champagne dinner at Wright Brothers
Wright Brothers Spitalfields is co-hosting a special dinner with Billecart-Salmon Champagne on Tuesday 14 June.
The five-course seafood pairing menu will include dishes such as blow-torched oysters, Oscietra caviar, charred Cornish mackerel fillet and roasted halibut fillet with Scandinavian couscous, each paired with a palette-pleasing sip.
Founded almost two hundred years ago in 1818, Billcarte-Salmon is now one of the finest fizzes in the world: ticket-holders are in for a real treat.
