To celebrate the fantastic offerings of Piedmont in the autumn, Salt Yard is hosting on a five-course lunch with
matching wines. The meal will kick off with an antipasti selection, followed by courses featuring the autumnal ingredients of truffles, porcini mushrooms, homemade pasta and braised hare,
accompanied by Dolcetto and Barolos of various vineyards and crus. Chestnut cake and something sweet to drink will finish things off.
