Sail away in style with top chef Ollie Dabbous

Still not managed to get a table at hip Fitzrovia destination Dabbous? Then think outside the box and book a trip on Thames river yacht the Silver Sturgeon.

Yerwhat? Trust us. Ollie Dabbous has been collaborating with Woods’ Silver Fleet, the company that runs the flagship Silver Sturgeon and other luxury cruisers, to create a showstopping menu that will be exclusive to guests at private events. But for one night only, the chef will unveil the menu and open it up to the general public, via an intimate and exclusive pop-up. Dabbous will be joined by his head bartender Oskar Kinberg, who will serve exciting cocktails and drinks to complement the menu, which will include typically inventive dishes such as coddled egg with smoked butter and mushrooms, and barbecued Iberico pork with savoury acorn praline and crushed green apple.

Once on board, with Champagne firmly in hand, diners will be treated to the full river-cruise experience: you’ll set off from Savoy Pier for a stately river cruise, tucking into bowl food and drinks as you sail past London’s riverbanks, all accompanied by live music. After the meal, a DJ will keep the party atmosphere going.
