On Tuesday 1 May, Bacchanalia will give novices a taste of the wines of some of the world’s key winemaking regions.
The evening will introduce guests to Rioja and Andalucia in Spain, Stellenbosch in South Africa, the Okanagan Valley in Canada, Burgundy in France, Trentino in Italy, Pfalz in Germany, and
Australia’s Barossa Valley.
Wine experts and hosts David Bowman and Adam Jones will talk guests through the regions and how their geography, history, climate, geo-politics and trade influence the wine they produce and the
wine we consume.
The event takes place from 6.45-8.45pm. Tickets cost £40 per person or £67 for two people, including a glass of vintage Cava on arrival, and tapas from Bacchanalia’s organic farm Hacienda Zorita.
Guests will be given a 20% discount on all wines purchased at the event.
To book, call 020 7429 3283 or email Alan Jones at Bacchanalia.
