On Monday 14 November, Plateau restaurant in Canary Wharf is hosting a luxurious dinner whose courses will each be paired with a different Pol Roger Champagne.
Head chef Allan Pickett has created a bespoke menu for the event, with each course paired with a different Pol Roger Champagne. Dishes will include poached Colchester oysters with caviar, and
grilled darne of halibut with baby spinach, saffron and mussel velouté. Pol Roger’s James Clark will talk diners through the Champagne choices during the meal.
