In honour of three Michelin-starred chef Pierre Koffmann and the 35th anniversary of the opening of his La Tante Claire restaurant in London, Pierre and nine of his protégés will join together for
two nights of congenial cooking.
La Réunion des Chefs will take place on 11-12 November at Koffmann’s, the chef’s Knightsbridge restaurant at The Berkeley
hotel. Each night, five chefs, including Tom Aikens, Bruno Loubet and Tom Kitchin, will join Pierre as they create dishes inspired by their time with Pierre at La Tante Claire.
Together the chefs will cook a six-course menu, including Pierre’s signature dish of pig’s trotter stuffed with sweetbreads and morels. After the meal, Pierre and the other chefs will stay to
mingle and chat with guests.
The evening costs £100, including Champagne and canapés on arrival, or £165 with the addition of matching wines for each course. Only 100 seats will be available on each night; to make a
reservation, call 020 7235 1010 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Further details are available on The Berkeley’s website.
