An exciting supper club is coming to Percy & Founders on Tuesday 25 April: Diego Cardoso (chef director of Open House) and Diego Jacquet (chef patron at Marylebone Argentinian Zoilo) will collaborate for a dinner at Percy & Founders in Fitzrovia. The Argentinian chefs have created a seasonal, five-course tasting menu, featuring the likes of smoked ricotta and burrata tortellini, and steak with morels, oats and bone marrow. The offering also includes a Pisco Sour on arrival, while there’s the option of a matching wine flight for an extra £40, courtesy of head sommelier Marc-Andrea Levy.
This dinner takes place on Tuesday 25 April from 7pm at Percy & Founders. Tickets are priced at £45 per person, or £85 with paired wines. To book, call 020 3761 0200.
