Michelin-starred chef Claude Bosi will be taking over Patty & Bun’s kitchen for the latest instalment of the Family Style series. Patty & Bun’s final collaboration of 2017 will see Bosi embrace his Lyonnaise roots with a menu of shared dishes. On the night, guests will tuck into dishes such as duck and pork scratchings, and chicken liver cake with crayfish sauce.
