The featured wines will include Casa Valduga Brut (Brazil) and Casa Marin, Estero Vineyard, Sauvignon Gris (Chile), while the food offering will see the likes of seabass ceviche with passion fruit tiger’s milk, and grilled octopus with bread fruit tempura, lime and candied red onion.
The first wine dinner takes place on Thursday 19 April. Tickets are priced at £57.50 per person, including a five-coure meal and five glasses of wine. To book, call 020 7186 5555.
