Oyster Shucking at Le Pont de la Tour

Oyster season kicks off in September and to celebrate, riverside favourite Le Pont de la Tour will be holding oyster shucking classes. Enjoy a glass of Pol Roger Champagne while a chef demonstrates the technique for correctly shucking oysters as well as offering advice on how best to enjoy them. Afterwards, feast on the shucked specimens along with a generous selection of crustacea.

Priced at £100 per demonstration plus an additional £35 per head, it’s best-value for groups, though it's also ideal for a special occasion. For sunnier days, reserving a demo slot before 7.30pm is advised, as you may be able to snag a spot within the no-bookings alfresco area & make the most of the glorious views of Tower Bridge.
