On 14 June and 12 July, Wright Brothers Soho will host a series of oyster-themed feasts.
The menu starts with a tasting of three varieties of Pacific oysters (Maldon rock, Brownsea rock and Spéciale de Claire), matched with a glass of manzanilla sherry. Cooked dishes, developed by
executive chef David Gingell, will include oysters with chorizo and sherry, and oyster rarebit, matched with a glass of Picpoul de Pinet. Seasonal sorbet from Gelupo will finish off the meal.
The events will be hosted by oyster and seafood experts Robin Hancock, co-founder of Wright Brothers, and Jeremie Cometto-Lingenheim, the restaurant’s operations manager.
