The three-day beer bonanza that is Parsons Green pub The White Horse’s Over the Hop festival is back for a fourth year running - and this year it looks set to be better than ever.
As part of the festival, beer-lovers can sample some of the finest Blonde, Golden, Pale Ale & IPA beers currently being produced in the UK, plus the fruits of a one-off collaboration between Berkshire brewery Siren Craft Brew and the Vermont-based Hill Farmstead Brewery. As well as The White Horse’s extensive and ever-changing list of cask ales (and 100 bottled beers), the bar will also be serving just-released brews from local breweries including Hackney Brewery, and a special casked ale from Bermondsey micro-brewery Brew By Numbers.
With an all-day barbecue on Saturday, live music on Saturday and Sunday evenings, and free entry to all throughout the weekend, this is one festival that promises to be Top of the Hops.
This event takes place from 20–22 March. Entry is free and no booking is required, but arrive early to avoid disappointment.
