Be prepared: there’s a major gastronomical event on the horizon. Ollie Dabbous (above left) will be reuniting with his mentor, Raymond Blanc, OBE, for one day only. Working side by side, the duo will produce a four-course meal, with matching wine pairings and aperitif.
The event will take place at the Michelin-starred Dabbous on Tuesday 28 June for lunch and dinner. Both chefs will cook two courses each for guests to enjoy. Although the menu has yet to be disclosed, the vegetables used in the creation of the dishes will be sourced from the organic garden at Raymond’s manor house hotel Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons.
