Sparkling wine brand Nyetimber has opened a pop up garden bar in Covent Garden. To celebrate its launch, London chef Tomos Parry (ex- Kitty Fisher’s) is hosting a one-off dining experience on 24 June. On the night, guests will feast on the likes of grilled lobster topped with lardo, served with clams, coco bianco in chicken broth, pea shoots and flowers. The dishes will be paired with Nyetimber Classic Cuvee MV, Classic Cuvee 2009, and Rosé MV.
The Nyetimber and Tomos Parry dinner is on 24 June, from 6-8pm. Tickets cost £65 and are available to buy here.
